Refund & Returns Policy
Exchange an Order
- No exchanges supported. Once an order is placed, customers must confirm all details including size, design, quantity, and more. We do not accept exchanges or returns caused by selecting incorrect items, designs, or sizes.
Cancel an Order
Time frame for order cancellation:
- You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After this time, it may already be in processing or shipped.
- A cancellation fee equal to 10% of your total order value applies to any cancellation. To cancel, contact us at [email protected].
Return & Refund Policy
Return window after delivery:
- You may request a return within 30 days of completing delivery.
- After 30 days, the order will be considered accepted, and no refunds will be issued.
Accepted reasons for return and refund
A full refund is possible if your item meets any of the following conditions:
- The product arrives damaged.
- The product is broken or shattered.
- The product design is not as ordered.
- The product size does not match your order.
- The material differs from what was described.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product does not match its description.
Product condition requirements
Returned items must NOT:
- Be worn or washed.
- Be modified in any way, unless the defect is our responsibility.
- Be missing original tags.
- Have excessive loose threads that can be easily removed.
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Proof required for a refund
- Shipping label or receipt
- Proof of purchase
- Evidence of defects
- Screenshots or images as previously discussed with our support
Steps for requesting a return & refund
- Email your return request and documentation to [email protected].
- Our support team will reply within 2–3 business days with the return address and instructions. Carefully pack your item and return it using a traceable carrier.
- Send us the tracking number or a copy of the receipt once shipped.
Please DO NOT return items without confirmation via email — we cannot guarantee refunds for unauthorized returns.
Return shipping cost
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are not included in the refund.
Refund processing time
- Refunds can take up to 2 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.
- Refunds typically appear in your account 10 to 15 days after issuance, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Important notes
- Contact our Support Team before returning anything — we cannot accept liability for lost or unauthorized returns.
- Our policy only applies to returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Returns within 30 days do not incur additional fees (except return shipping costs).
- If a return package is lost or damaged during return shipping, we are not responsible, and no refund will be issued.
