Shipping Policy

Expedited shipping ensures that your order will be processed and dispatched the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, excluding national holidays (New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).

Please note: During high-demand periods such as sales, product launches, and holidays, processing may take the full 6 business days (or occasionally an extra day or two) to leave our warehouse due to increased volume.

Processing Time

Orders require 2 – 6 business days to prepare before shipment.

If your package has not yet shipped, it means we are still getting it ready. Should there be any unusual delays, we will notify you via email.

Once your package has shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number to follow its journey.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times (please allow for possible delays during peak seasons):

  • Shipping Fee: $10.99
  • Estimated Delivery: 7 – 10 business days

Important Notes:

  1. We do not ship to US military bases at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
  2. We do not support shipping to multiple addresses within the same order.

Tax

We do not collect tax on any orders.

Shipping Delays

  • If your package takes longer than 30 days to arrive, we will issue a full refund.
  • If your package does not arrive on time, please reach out to us. We’ll respond within 12 hours to assist.
  • If tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your order, please check around your property or with neighbors first. If the issue persists, contact the shipping carrier listed on the tracking email. Still unresolved? Contact us at [email protected].

We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect address details. Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order.

If there is an error, contact us promptly at [email protected]. Please note: we have a 48-hour waitlist policy—if your order leaves the warehouse within 48 hours, it is out of our control.

Wix Maverick is not liable for customs duties or import taxes. Customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by their local authorities if:

  1. The recipient refuses to accept the delivery.
  2. The shipping carrier makes repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Wix Maverick reserves the right to cancel any order(s) and is not required to provide a refund.
